Corrections and Updates

Since the initial release, CBO has reposted this file (most recently on July 29, 2016) with corrections to Chapter 2 (print-friendly version, pages 27 and 28; screen-friendly version, pages 27 and 135) and Appendix B (print-friendly version, page 106; screen-friendly version, page 115). The supplemental data file also has been reposted. The data for Figure 6-1 now include corrections. Tabs 7 and 8 now include corrections. Tab 9, “Projected Excess Cost Growth,” and Tab 10, “Summary Extended Baseline,” have been added.
