Division A would provide supplemental appropriations for fiscal year 2024 to respond to the situation in Ukraine and Israel and to provide other related assistance. Division B would provide supplemental appropriations for fiscal year 2024 for additional border security and for combatting fentanyl. The legislation would designate amounts provided by those divisions as emergency requirements in keeping with section 251 of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.
