S. 2328 would modify certain provisions of law concerning education benefits provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Those benefits include paying for approved licensure and certification tests. The modifications made by the bill would not change eligibility for tests or the amount that VA pays per test; thus, CBO estimates that S. 2328 would not affect the federal budget.
