H.R. 6411 would direct the Secretary of State to report to the Congress on the Serbian government’s treatment of ethnic Albanians who live in the country’s Preshevo Valley. On the basis of information about the cost of similar reporting requirements, CBO estimates that implementing the bill would cost less than $500,000 over the 2026-2030 period. Such spending would be subject to the availability of appropriated funds.
