H.R. 323, a bill to designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 80 Prospect Street in Avon, New York, as the “Officer Anthony Mazurkiewicz Memorial Post Office Building”;
H.R. 397, a bill to designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 216 Cumberland Street in Rochester, New York, as the “Minister Franklin Florence Memorial Post Office”;
H.R. 1372, a bill to designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 300 Macedonia Lane in Knoxville, Tennessee, as the “Reverend Harold Middlebrook Post Office Building”; and
H.R. 1830, a bill to designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 840 Front Street in Casselton, North Dakota, as the “Commander Delbert Austin Olson Post Office.”
Cash flows for the Postal Service are recorded in the federal budget in the Postal Service Fund and are classified as off-budget direct spending. CBO estimates that naming those facilities would have no significant cost.
