S. 3338 would authorize the Department of the Interior to revise the boundaries of the Ste. Genevieve National Historical Park and authorize the acquisition by donation, purchase, or exchange of land that is now within the city of Ste. Genevieve for a park visitors’ center and administrative facility. CBO estimates that enacting S. 3338 would not affect direct spending or revenues. CBO has not estimated the discretionary costs of implementing the bill. The bill contains no intergovernmental or private-sector mandates as defined in the Unfunded Mandates Reform Act.
