S. 3307 would authorize the Department of the Interior to acquire 25 acres of land to expand the Wilson’s Creek National Battlefield in Missouri. The land could be acquired through donation, purchase, or exchange. CBO estimates that enacting S. 3307 would not affect direct spending or revenues. CBO has not estimated the discretionary costs of implementing the bill. The bill contains no intergovernmental or private-sector mandates as defined in the Unfunded Mandates Reform Act.
