CBO’s Estimate of the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Effects of S. 4089, the Veterans Rapid Retraining Assistance Program Restoration and Recovery Act of 2022

The bill would authorize the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to provide additional education benefits to students pursuing training under the Veterans Rapid Retraining Assistance Program if their training is disrupted because the training provider stopped operating or VA disapproved the training program.
