On March 12, 2014, the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions convened a hearing at which Douglas W. Elmendorf, CBO Director, testified about CBO’s report The Effects of a Minimum-Wage Increase on Employment and Family Income(February 2014).
