I’m thrilled that CBO has again been recognized by the Partnership for Public Service as one of the Best Places to Work in the Federal Government. CBO placed No. 1 in the small-agency category in the latest Best Places to Work ranking, which is for 2022. We ranked first in the small-agency category for 2020 as well (we did not participate in the 2021 rankings).
The Partnership and Boston Consulting Group evaluate and rank agencies using results from surveys of employee engagement and satisfaction. Results for the top 10 agencies in each category are available at www.bestplacestowork.org. Full rankings will be available April 12.
It is a privilege to be part of an organization that has a history of working hard every day to accomplish our mission for the Congress and the nation. We are only able to fulfill that mission because we have talented, dedicated, and kind colleagues. Thanks to CBO’s staff, we continue to learn, innovate, and improve.
