The Congressional Budget Office will release its annual Budget and Economic Outlook at 10:00 a.m. ET on Monday, January 28. The report will include updated economic and budget projections spanning the period from 2019 to 2029. CBO’s most recent economic projections were released last August, and the agency’s most recent budget projections were released last spring.
A press briefing will be held following the release for credentialed press only from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. CBO Director Keith Hall will make brief remarks and then answer questions about the report. More information about the briefing may be found on the press page.
