With the opening of the 113th Congress, we at CBO will be using this blog a bit differently than in the past. The “Director’s Blog” has always been a collective effort, so why not reflect that fact in the blog’s name? Thus, we’re changing the name to the “CBO Blog.”
In the future you’ll see explicitly that posts are being written by a variety of CBO analysts. You’ll still be able to learn about the release of CBO’s reports through the blog. In addition, we hope to have more posts about different aspects of CBO’s budget and economic projections, about CBO’s analytical methods, and about presentations that analysts are making about their work at CBO. Please look for these in the coming months!
