H.R. 1818, Mt. Andrea Lawrence Designation Act of 2011

cost estimate

April 30, 2012

read complete document  (pdf, 26 kb)

The Congressional Budget Office has reviewed H.R. 1818, the Mt. Andrea Lawrence Designation Act of 2011, as ordered reported by the House Committee on Natural Resources on April 25, 2012.

CBO estimates that enacting this legislation to name a peak in Mono County, California, would have no significant impact on the federal budget and would not affect direct spending or revenues; therefore, pay-as-you-go procedures do not apply. H.R. 1818 contains no intergovernmental or private-sector mandates as defined in the Unfunded Mandates Reform Act and would not affect the budgets of state, local, or tribal governments.
