That funding covers a wide array of services, including pensions, health care, education benefits, life insurance programs, compensation for injuries, and home loans. CBO analyzes the budgetary and broader impacts of those services and of proposals to change those services.
H.R. 1405, a bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to include a notice of disagreement form in any notice of decision issued for the denial of a benefit sought, to improve the supervision of fiduciaries
